Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary duties will include:
  • Managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.
  • Utilizing office equipment such as copiers and fax machines efficiently.
  • Providing knowledgeable assistance regarding facility offerings and programs.
  • Engaging effectively with patrons and staff at the Stark Recreation Center.
  • Responding to emergencies as required.
  • Handling cash transactions and adhering to financial protocols.
  • Upholding policies and regulations for all members.
  • Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting with the coordination of special events.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Mississippi University for Women.

Job Summary

This role involves working within the membership office, where you will be responsible for delivering information to members and guests about our facilities and programs, as well as managing membership sales and program packages. You will oversee daily cash handling and are expected to provide exceptional customer service.
