Position Summary:

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities within the food service operations, ensuring compliance with UNT guidelines. This role involves managing staff who handle inventory, order supplies, and maintain quality standards throughout meal service.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation, including one year in a supervisory role
- Equivalent combinations of experience, education, or training will be considered

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage the work of others
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and completing forms
- Strong understanding of large-scale food preparation methods and health safety standards
- Ability to train staff in equipment use and food service practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Two years of supervisory experience
- Strong work ethic and outgoing personality
- Desire to excel and grow within the dining operations
