Job Description

We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to help us achieve this goal. As a per diem/prn Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and protocols
  • Establish and communicate individualized care and discharge plans to patients and healthcare teams
  • Supervise assigned assistants and ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
  • Two years' experience in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required; CPR or BLS certification required
