Job Summary
The Critical Care Patient Care Specialist is a vital member of the patient care services team at LifeBridge Health. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will provide exceptional care to adolescent, adult, or geriatric patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the unique physical and psychosocial needs of each patient are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct vital sign checks, administer medications, and perform other tasks as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Utilize knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-specific care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 2 years of previous acute care experience preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
