Job Title: Lubrication Technician

Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Conduct lubrication and oil changes to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members to achieve maintenance goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Class B qualifications
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the corrugated industry
  • Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
