Position Overview:
As a Custodial Services Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including public spaces, offices, and equipment, ensuring they meet established standards for quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas.
- Safely dispose of waste from all locations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Conduct inspections to verify that all areas are clean and well-maintained, and keep equipment in good working order, reporting any issues or suggestions to your supervisor.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap to ensure availability.

Position Details:
This role is based at a designated location. The external hiring range for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in custodial services is preferred.
