Your Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the design of commercialized dental products within the Dental Solutions Business Group in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams composed of members from manufacturing, quality, regulatory, application engineering, business, clinical, and multiple other functions to maintain product continuity.
- Utilize available resources and experts to drive impactful product design changes to existing commercialized projects to maximize customer satisfaction and promote business success.
- Lead, execute, and oversee change management as it relates to product design changes driven by product performance, process and quality improvement, supply changes, regulatory requirements, and cost reduction through Product & Process Understanding (PPU) efforts.
- Integrate new products into sustained operations by consulting with New Project Introduction (NPI) teams during Scale Up through design ownership transfer.
- Support day-to-day production needs for manufacturing plant in Irvine, CA.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of combined experience developing, supporting and/or maintaining commercialized products in a private, public, government or military environment.
- High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of combined experience developing, supporting and/or maintaining commercialized products in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Familiarity with Medical Device Change Management Procedures.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in product and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry and/or medical device Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge and experience with currently marketed dental products (composite restoratives, adhesives, abrasives, cements, etc.).
- Experience with the effective execution of change management, root cause analysis, issue resolution and/or managing corrective and preventative actions.
- Experience utilizing project management techniques to lead cross functional teams in projects that drive improvement.
- Experience collaborating with laboratory, quality and/or manufacturing colleagues in other regions of the world.
- Experience with test method development, material property data collection and/or setting specifications and translating into product requirements.
- Statistical knowledge and practice [e.g., Design of Experiments (DOE), sampling, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Product & Process Understanding (PPU), Lean Six Sigma, etc.].

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
