We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse PCU Coord to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in El Paso, Texas. Our facility has 300+ patient beds and offers a range of services including emergency care, cardiac care, women's services, Level III NICU, rehabilitation, a bariatric clinic, and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.

Responsibilities
  • Delivers high-quality patient care and coordinates unit functions
  • Monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies
  • Serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years applicable experience required
