Job Responsibilities- Assist in event day preparation and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Collect and scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
- Understand and adhere to venue policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and offering helpful directions and suggestions.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, using natural inflection and tone.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
- Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
- Part-time flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week.
