We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud platform, driving innovation and growth across various customer segments. Key Responsibilities- Drive Cloud Platform Evolution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the cloud platform, aligning with the company's growth trajectory and engineering efficiency goals.
- Build Data-Driven Roadmap: Create a data-driven roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting business and engineering efficiency metrics to meet OKRs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and design teams to collaborate on requirements discovery and product development.
- Manage Dependencies and Priorities: Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Technical Product Manager or a customer-facing Software/System Architect with a focus on cloud services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Science Background: A computer science background is preferred.
- Cloud SaaS Experience: Experience in building cloud SaaS products for engineers with a focus on high-scale platforms and intensive utilization of K8s, SQL/NoSQL DBs, Kafka, CDNs.
- Cloud Managed Services Experience: Experience in managing requirements and building cloud managed services for any cloud provider.
- Familiarity with Cloud Managed Services: Familiarity with cloud managed services for K8s, DBs, and cloud network enablers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Frameworks and Services: Experience with frameworks and services like Amazon: Aurora, EKS, MSK; Azure: Cosmos DB, AKS; Google: GKE, Cloud SQL; Confluent Cloud.
- Familiarity with System Compliance Standards: Familiarity with system compliance standards such as FedRamp, HIPAA.
