Job DescriptionThis Part-Time (24 hours) Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will work closely with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to provide comprehensive therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to working as part of a team.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote maximum recovery and independence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
