Reservation Coordinator

Job Summary:
U-Haul is seeking a highly skilled Reservation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment management and placement to optimize regional market inventory levels.
- Review reports to ensure effective placement of equipment and customer reservations, and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with the Traffic Control Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product and provide support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and software, including word processing and email.
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
