We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team at DL Group, LLC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney to work with our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and written discovery
  • Issuing written discovery and answering discovery
  • Preparing for and attending depositions, court hearings, and mediations
  • Arguing motions and attending trials
  • Preparing comprehensive status reports for clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience with NY Bodily Injury or General Liability Defense or Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases
  • Experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
