At Management Business Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trial Attorney to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our client is a prominent trial law firm based in New York, dedicated to advocating for injured individuals. With a track record of recovering hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, they provide big firm experience with small firm attention.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Trial Attorney who will be responsible for representing personal injury clients in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience and trial experience is a plus. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. Must possess a license to practice law in New York State.

The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling a case load, attending court, negotiating settlements, overseeing trial preparation, conducting trials, and attending mediations and arbitrations. They will also advise clients of claim liability and legal rights, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands, and gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.
  • Trial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Must possess a license to practice law in New York State.
