  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on food safety and quality assurance procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop effective responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HACCP plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular equipment calibration and verification to ensure accuracy and operation.
  • Monitor incoming materials and outgoing goods to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular vendor and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Biology preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
