Job SummaryThis Per Diem Registered Nurse opportunity allows candidates to advance their careers at a comprehensive psychiatric hospital affiliated with the Harvard Medical School and the Mass General Brigham health system.
You will be responsible for providing immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital, and regulatory agencies. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include accurately assessing patients' needs, planning nursing interventions, providing and implementing nursing care interventions, and evaluating the efficiency of nursing care interventions.
Requirements- A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize the nursing process and work collaboratively
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year. Please note that this is an estimated salary based on industry standards and may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
