**Key Responsibilities:**

  • We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team as an outpatient mental health therapist. As a therapist, you will conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to assess clients' mental health diagnoses and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using various evidenced-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to provide holistic care.
  • Complete ongoing documentation and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and weekly 1:1s.


**Qualifications:**

  • We are seeking a licensed therapist with a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice in CA (Associates must have at least 2400 hours) or equivalent, and being credentialed with insurance payors is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high cultural competence to work with diverse client populations, are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) is a plus.


**Benefits:**

As a salaried employee, you are expected to work a 40-hour week, with a minimum of 25 hours dedicated to face-to-face client work and 15 hours dedicated to areas including but not limited to client care, chart maintenance, meetings, outreach, social media, presentations, and training.
