Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, engineering, and construction, with expertise in implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead audits and assessments of quality management plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality management processes are integrated into project workflows.
  • Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain quality management metrics and reports, providing insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in construction quality management, with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and overseeing quality management processes for complex construction projects.
  • Experience with quality management software tools and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and willingness to obtain reciprocity in North Dakota.
  • Experience following USACE, AASHTO, and DOT construction specifications.
