Job Description

Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Health Care Assistant to join our team at the North Columbus Health Center.

The successful candidate will provide direct services in family planning, perform clerical functions, and ensure quality client care and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing general health and contraceptive information to clients
  • Performing clerical functions, such as managing cash collections and verifications
  • Supporting the revenue cycle through accurate and effective management of daily closing procedures and charge closing procedures

The ideal candidate will be pleasant, courteous, and helpful, with an understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare and excellence in customer service.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Additionally, qualified associates who are fluent in a needed language will earn a $1.00 per hour differential for two years following successful examination.
