Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

Job Description
As a member of our team, you will provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists. You will work in a patient-centered team-based environment, providing care to patients with a range of medical conditions. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality care to our patients, while also improving the overall efficiency of our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in internal medicine, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. A strong understanding of electronic medical records systems is also essential.
