Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pro Mach. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and managing customer communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and manage customer communication from receipt of order to shipment of product
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure orders are produced, made, and shipped according to deadlines
  • Coordinate inside sales activities, including sending sales information and samples to customers
  • Manage spare parts sales from quote to shipment
  • Collect service trip details and develop invoices for customer billing
  • Work with technicians to quote service trips for customers
  • Responsible for new customer setup and assist in identifying worn or broken parts
  • Communicate and coordinate with customer maintenance to resolve technical issues with equipment and aftermarket parts
  • Work with Quality and customers to handle returns and resolve any issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service with skills in both inside and outside sales; manufacturing experience preferred
  • Manufacturing ERP system experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Self-managing/responsible, energetic and personable demeanor
  • Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong math skills
