Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Senior Manager to join our team at Procom. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all facility equipment, providing leadership for facilities projects, and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of building systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the facilities maintenance team, manage scheduling and assignment of tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of all facility equipment.
  • Facilities Projects: Plan, construct, and maintain facility equipment and spaces in line with company growth, ensuring compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Develop and manage facilities budgets and plans, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources.
  • Building Operations: Ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to meet maintenance needs and support ongoing projects, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, with experience in highly regulated environments such as ISO13485 or FDA-regulated industries.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and manage a strong Facilities Maintenance team, experience in Lean 6S, Six Sigma, cost reduction strategies, OEE improvements, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
