About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial part in the success of our Spirit Halloween stores. As a key member of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, focusing on Guest Services, staff development, expense control, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
  • Develop and maintain Guest Services to drive sales and profitability.
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
