We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Weiser Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting the interests of our clients, safeguarding assets, personnel, customers, and visitors to assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities- Protect the lives and property of employees and visitors within the limits of the facility.
- Observe and report signs of crime or disorder, and investigate disturbances.
- Prepare daily reports as trained and submit them to the proper authorities.
- Complete patrols as required by post orders.
- Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
- Notify proper authorities in cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
- Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
- Work extended hours, including long periods of standing.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Clean criminal background.
- Must be able to obtain state required licensing.
- Must be physically able to walk and stand for extended hours.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
