Job SummaryWe're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our team at Everside Health. As a provider with us, you'll have the opportunity to offer holistic care, including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education to your patients. You'll work autonomously with a company that values patient-centered care and provides you with the resources and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities- Provide relationship-based medicine to patients, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education
- Work autonomously with a company that prioritizes patient-centered care
- Have access to resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD
- Participate in regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning and development
- Active license and current board certification required
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits, preferred
- Non-production-based compensation package

- Regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning and development

$110,000 - $140,000/yr
