Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to serve as a Clinical Lead in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and experience in administrative leadership roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and patients across various settings, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. They will also be responsible for collaborating with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

The Clinical Lead will also be responsible for auditing medical orders and documentation, identifying new growth opportunities, and participating in company-wide initiatives to improve quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and a Doctor of Medicine
  • Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare
  • Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare support staff
  • Ability to treat patients and their families with compassion and understanding
  • Ability to work for long periods of time with patients who need special attention
