Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer, Associate to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. The successful candidate will provide technical and administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process submittals and RFI's in a timely manner
  • Manage daily work tickets and track change orders
  • Post RFI's and change orders, and maintain organized project records
  • Submit hours and cost codes, and obtain permits and badges as required
  • Assist with preparing change orders and manage project libraries
  • Participate in Key Project Reviews (KPR)
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (ABET accredited program)
  • Ability to pass a drug test and possess good vision (corrected vision acceptable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in an office environment, with occasional visits to construction sites. Must be able to sit for extended periods, view computer screens, and communicate effectively with team members.
