Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our outside sales team and contribute to their overall growth strategy.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to develop and maintain customer relationships, focusing on problem-solving and sales target achievement.
  • Oversee and coordinate orders with extended lead times, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, our external sales team, and clients.
  • Maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors, both in person and via telephone.
  • Monitor the progress of order fulfillment, providing updates and addressing any potential issues or modifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales, specifically in industrial products, pumps, motors, or controls.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with an outside sales team; willingness to provide support and insights to enhance team performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
