Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building relationships, and driving revenue through sales and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding client service by anticipating and exceeding client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Drive revenue through sales and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Meet or exceed individual and store financial goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
