Role Overview
  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and building regulations.
  • Address and resolve any on-site challenges or disputes that may occur during the construction process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
