Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is dedicated to providing exceptional care in our newly established assisted living community. We are looking for dedicated nursing professionals who embody our core values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun.
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in our mission by delivering compassionate and comprehensive nursing care tailored to each resident's unique needs, while adhering to established protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of CBRF and/or physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Oversee and mentor nursing staff to ensure high standards of care are consistently met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with the admission and readmission processes, including the collection of clinical data and the formulation of initial care plans.
- Provide guidance and training to staff to enhance the quality of care, including medication administration audits.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
- Current CBRF certification.
- Experience in assisted living or similar environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with DHS 83 and relevant state and federal regulations is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills are beneficial.
