About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities. As a Registered Nurse in Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with the Director of CBRF and/or physician.
  • Supervise and support the care delivered by the nursing staff to ensure quality care is maintained.
  • Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Assist in the admission/readmission process, observing and gathering clinical data, and developing and implementing initial care plans.
  • Provide coaching and re-education to staff as needed to improve/maintain quality care.
Requirements
  • Current and valid RN license in Wisconsin.
  • Current and valid CBRF certification.
  • Experience in assisted living care preferred.
  • Knowledge of DHS 83, state, and federal regulations as applied to long-term care helpful.
  • Basic computer knowledge helpful.
