Senior Financial Analyst

At ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information to support management decision making and operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a proven track record of identifying areas of opportunity and proposing recommendations to leadership. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
In this role, you will work closely with our business unit leadership to support financial and operational matters, including analysis and recommendations, reporting and planning. You will also be responsible for building detailed financial models to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and forecast future results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. An MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial information to support management decision making and operational improvements
- Perform financial analysis of monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance against budget and prior year results
- Analyze customer level profitability by business segment and evaluate areas of opportunity
- Identify, develop, and implement tools and reports to provide critical financial and operational information/KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team
- Build detailed financial models to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and forecast future results
- Support the annual planning process and ensure accuracy
- Develop management reporting tools, summaries, and analyses in support of both the annual operating plan and strategic business initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting
- Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge and experience
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively to senior management and other stakeholders
