Job Summary

**Job Title:** Maternal Program Manager Full Time Days SLBH

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maternal Program Manager to join our team at Baptist Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and implementing the hospital's Neonatal Program Plan to align with the hospital's Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement the Neonatal Program Plan to ensure alignment with hospital and system QAPI initiatives.
  • Regularly participate in neonatal care at the hospital to ensure effective program management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 5 years' experience in Neonatal bedside nursing
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
  • BLS and NRP certification

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Specialty or Administration certification
