Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and deploy policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
  • Apply working knowledge of Cardinal Health's Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) to perform varied tasks and ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate, determine, and set threshold limits in accordance with policy and appropriate level for approval for customers.
  • Resolve held orders and communicate applicable order and threshold information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Present customer-specific materials and pertinent information to senior leadership regarding business model, changes in business model, and purchasing trends for customers for review.
  • Interact with peers and customers at various management levels, and may interact with senior management.
  • Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity, and apply judgment within defined parameters.
  • Administer and exercise policies and procedures ensuring operation within CSMP guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with MS Excel preferred.
