As a Cosmetics Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of new merchandise for our beauty brand. This position is essential for ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and ready to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize POS and MPOS systems effectively.
  • Assist customers in navigating devices for shopping and comparisons.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all store areas, catering to both digital and physical shoppers.
  • Execute the general shipment process while adhering to productivity standards and ensuring the sales floor is prepared.
  • Support the CSX Manager with the organization of product assortments for new arrivals and seasonal transitions.
  • Help replenish stock on the sales floor as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management processes.
  • Contribute to stockroom organization and maintenance.
  • Handle damages, transfers, and returns to vendor merchandise efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment to enhance customer readiness.
  • Follow procedures related to inventory control and asset protection.
  • Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
  • No formal education or prior experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the store.
  • May require reaching, crouching, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Frequent use of technology, including handheld devices, to perform job functions.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of items up to 25lbs.
