City Wide Facility Solutions focuses on commercial cleaning services for a diverse client base in Erie, PA. We are currently seeking full-time day shift employees who are dependable and service-oriented.

The Building Maintenance Cleaner will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties and utilizing different cleaning equipment under general supervision across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Hours: 11am-7pm, Monday through Friday. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
  • Arrive on time and prepared to fulfill shift responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices and workspaces, including emptying trash and replacing liners.
  • Conduct vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping of floors and staircases.
  • Ensure restrooms are well-stocked, sanitary, and maintained for client use.
  • Keep janitorial supply areas organized and orderly.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $11.50.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to follow customer requests and supervisor instructions.
  • Adhere to specific COVID-19 protocols as required.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

The physical requirements of this position include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks; operation of cleaning tools and supplies; and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
