- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from an approved ECMC provider
