We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at General Physician, P.C. in Depew, NY. As a valued member of our primary care office, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThe primary purpose of this position is to assist providers with the administration of patient care, serving as a liaison between providers and patients, and performing telephone triage of patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, completing prior authorizations, and delivering exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience.
