About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join our team at Americold. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
  • Provide clerical support including overseeing all paperwork associated with orders, maintaining corresponding files, answering phones, operating office equipment/computers
  • Schedule loads as required and maintain updated reports to ensure all loads are empty and closed
  • Resolve refused product, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
