We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at UKG. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our growing business.

About the Role

The Financial Planning Manager will be responsible for providing end-to-end financial support for our R&D organization. This includes leading and developing a team of financial analysts, working closely with senior business leaders, and managing scalable processes to drive financial discipline and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of financial analysts to provide meaningful guidance and training.
  • Work directly with senior business leaders to identify key metrics and understand future business needs.
  • Lead the monthly close process and review of detailed account analysis.
  • Manage, review, and present monthly results and revised forecast projections.
  • Play a lead role in our annual planning process to ensure the financial plan aligns with our operational goals.
  • Proactively create reporting to address themes discussed with the business and lead data-driven collaborative conversations.
  • Continually identify and execute on internal process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a technology company.
  • B.A. in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working as a business partner and operationalizing finance directives.
  • Experience developing and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive priorities.
  • Advanced excel skills, including strong data manipulation skills.
  • Strong system skills, including experience with ERP systems and data warehousing tools.
