Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Lead Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality products, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Welcome and connect with each customer, effectively recommend products, and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Only serve items that meet visual and product quality standards, demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling, and follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
- Store Profitability: Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies, follow inventory and stock guidelines, and assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista.
- Experience: Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Identification: Must have valid identification.
- Performance Standards: Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
- Special Skills: Customer-focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.
- Shift Hours: Minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
- Job Cycles: Continual maximum.
- Lift/Carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand/Sit/Walk: 55%/0%/45%.
