Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing processes in accordance with GAAP.
  2. Review and reconcile company expenditures, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
  3. Engage in inventory management and cost analysis, collaborating with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with business requirements.
  4. Generate precise financial reports for management, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  5. Focus on Accounts Receivable tasks, including cash posting, customer follow-ups, reporting, and invoicing.
  6. Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
  5. Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
  6. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
  8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.
