About the Role

This Car Sales Expert position requires a passionate and goal-driven individual with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our sales team, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist customers professionally, identifying their needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  2. Present and explain product features and benefits, showcasing expertise through product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries.
  3. Manage the sales process, from pricing and payment options to closing deals and handling customer objections.
  4. Build and maintain lead pipelines, following up with potential clients and utilizing CRM software.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets, staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Showcase excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
