Role Purpose
Support management in achieving their goals by delivering insightful consulting services centered on controls and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under guidance, designs and executes financial, operational, supplier, and joint owner audits, along with special assessments, which includes the creation of audit programs, documentation, and reports. (65%)
  • Engages with personnel and leadership across all tiers. (10%)
  • Communicates effectively to report audit progress and findings, collaborating with management to formulate action plans based on recommendations. (10%)
  • Manages time efficiently to ensure assignments are completed within budget constraints. (5%)
  • Employs software tools to extract, analyze, and present audit data. (5%)
  • Contributes technical insights to assist in project planning development. (5%)
  • Undertakes additional duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required. (Typically, candidates without a bachelor’s degree should have six years of related, progressive work experience.)
For the auditor II level, three to five years of experience in auditing, risk management, finance, or accounting is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include professional certifications (such as certified internal auditor or certified public accountant) and/or advanced degrees.
Proficiency in auditing principles to comprehend internal control frameworks.

Strong analytical capabilities to identify patterns in data and formulate logical conclusions, along with actionable recommendations.

Skills Required
  • Accounting/finance acumen to interpret financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and software to retrieve audit data, create spreadsheets for analysis, and draft comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately in both written and verbal formats.
  • Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally up to 10% of the time; a valid driver's license and passport are required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
