About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at the Airway Heights Corrections Center. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to incarcerated patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medically necessary dental care to incarcerated patients
  • Perform intraoral and extraoral examinations to determine oral health status
  • Develop treatment plans and administer routine dental care
  • Refer patients to off-site specialists when necessary
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and clinic operations
Requirements
  • Valid, unencumbered Washington State license to practice dentistry
  • Unrestricted DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances
  • Valid BLS certification for health care providers
  • Two years' experience in the practice of dentistry (preferred)
