Job Overview

KREWE, a pioneering high-fashion eyewear company, is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations to elevate its operations from concept to market execution. Based in New Orleans, this strategic leader will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Ownership: Assume full ownership of KREWE's end-to-end manufacturing process, validating cross-functional deliverables from design, sourcing, planning, and marketing.
  • Project Management Leadership: Lead frequent project management meetings; ensure production plans and schedules are met, and products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Product Design Priorities: Align weekly product development priorities with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years managing product concept to market, with a strong background in Product Management, ideally in manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working with manufacturing partners in China and/or SE Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with a wide range of functional areas, including creative, design, manufacturing, and familiarity with manufacturing and production concepts.
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and identify patterns, risks, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Project Management Tools (smartsheet, Monday.com, etc), Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
