We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Center Representative to join our team at Premier Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our medical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Service: Welcome patients, register them for appointments, and handle routine patient concerns and complaints.
  • Operations Management: Manage the telephone, distribute mail and faxes, organize and maintain medical records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Financial Management: Collect co-pays and deductibles, address past due balances, and process payments.
  • Scheduling: Schedule tests, follow-up, and referral appointments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, forms, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Experience: Two to three years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare facility preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Third Party Payers, ICD-9 and CPT Coding, and medical terminology. Computer and keyboarding skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Knowledge: Knowledge of Epic system is preferred.
