Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage the daily construction activities of a large-scale infrastructure project. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills.



Estimated Salary


$60,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.



About the Role


This position will involve:



  • Managing the construction team to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project team members
  • Collaborating with engineers and other technical teams to resolve technical issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to walk on-site and perform occasional lifting (up to 20lbs)
