Key Responsibilities:
- Keep homeowners informed about their property showings and the feedback received.
- Facilitate client communication to boost customer retention and referrals.
- Monitor business reports and sales activities using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee all listings in MLS to expedite home sales.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals regarding showings of our listings to drive sales.
- Assist homeowners in completing listing contracts accurately.
- Schedule property inspections with clients and vendors to prepare homes for swift sales.
- Manage a virtual assistant.
- Handle document management and data entry tasks.
- Ensure effective communication among agents, clients, and various vendors, including title companies, lenders, and home warranty providers.
- Provide office assistance and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and create orders as needed.
- Support the implementation of operational systems.
- Coordinate client events and calculate commission reports.
- Verify that all documents have the correct signatures and dates to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client events and evening calls.
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
